Kaitlyn Davidson, Director of Strategic Growth, Corporate Affairs & Marketing, Built

Built is a national diversified general contractor and one of Australia's largest private construction groups. Kaitlyn is responsible for strategic planning to prepare for future business growth and proactively responding to the economic climate and markets through a focus on sector diversification, additional service offerings and government relations and corporate affairs.

Shane Quinn, Executive Chairman, Quintessential Equity

As a qualified civil and environmental engineer, Shane brings over 15 years’ experience on major global building projects to his role as Executive Chairman of QE. With a passion for property development, and a commitment to deliver and outperform for their clients and investors, Shane established the company in 2010 with chartered accountant, Harry Rosenberg. Shane’s role as Executive Chairman is integral in setting the strategies and supporting the executive team, while driving the culture and values that make up ‘The QE Way’, with a strong focus on integrity, excellence, and teamwork.

Ian Shimmin, Director, Urbis

As Urbis’ national economics and research leader in the retail sector, Ian has a strong focus in the retail property space. He also assists both private and public sector clients as an expert witness on matters relating to future needs, demand and impacts across various specialist property sectors, including retail, residential, retirement, child care and entertainment. Ian and the National Retail Team provide economic advice on major acquisitions and developments, site location and network strategies and shopping centre performance improvement initiatives for clients throughout Australia and overseas.
